Outstanding rooftop pool with incredible views at night. My room had a strong bleach smell, which was off-putting.

The Skyline View Salon room had a cool aesthetic, but honestly, that was about it. Did not really notice anything special about the room itself. It felt pretty bland, even though the design of the hotel overall is nice. The shower was okay, but nothing to rave about. I mean, it worked, but it just didn't feel cozy. Valet staff were great though, so that’s something.

An Unforgettable Stay in Downtown!
Exceptional service made our three-night stay memorable. The rooftop views were stunning, and Dante's hospitality during check-in set a warm tone for our visit. I highly recommend enjoying drinks at the bar, even if we didn't dine in. Quick access to Grand Central Market was a delightful bonus!

The aesthetic of the hotel impressed me greatly with its modern design and chic decor. The valet staff were commendable, providing quick and friendly service every time I needed my vehicle.
However, the overall experience was lacking in several areas.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the beautiful decor in the lobby and the comfy beds in my room. The rooftop pool was perfect for unwinding, and the saltwater pool offered a nice chill vibe. The only thing was the room could have used a robe, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

During a recent stay, the warm welcome from the staff set a positive tone for our visit. Our Courtyard View Salon room was lovely, featuring an exquisite bathroom with golden taps. Dinner at the hotel restaurant included delicious Danish pastries and was accompanied by excellent service. While the amenities were good, the parking situation could use improvement, and check-in was slightly delayed, but these minor issues did not overly detract from our experience.
